Dosage and Administration
Simply sprinkle Wagg & Purr® Coprophagia Deterrent onto the animal’s normal food and ensure that all the meal is eaten. Discard any food left over before the next meal.
Dogs and Cats One level teaspoon (5 g) per 10 kg of bodyweight per day, divided between each feed for 10-14 days.
If coprophagia is still exhibited or long-term habit breaking is required Wagg & Purr® Coprophagia Deterrent may be continued for up to 6 weeks. Very small dogs and cats In dogs and cats under 5 kg the amount of Wagg & Purr® Coprophagia Deterrent may be difficult to measure. Contact your vet for advice. It is advisable to speak to your veterinary surgeon if your pet is coprophagic to rule out underlying medical conditions that may contribute to coprophagia and to seek general behavioural advice. Monosodium glutamate, Brewer’s yeast, Ferrous sulphate heptahydrate, and Vitamin B1 (Thiamine HCl)
